• A desktop application for macOS, Windows, and Linux
• An npm package (apiyatra) for syncing API routes from Node.js projects
• Workspace collaboration features including collections, environments, and team invitations

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• APIYatra uses a credit-based system for certain features such as workspace creation and team invitations.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• Pricing and credit costs are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Free tier credits are provided as-is with no guarantee of continued availability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use APIYatra to:

• Test APIs without proper authorization from the API owner
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or abuse rate limits
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our infrastructure

All content, branding, and software associated with APIYatra are the property of Red Cube Solutions. The open-source npm package is licensed under the MIT License. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary platform without written permission.

Your use of APIYatra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

APIYatra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
